We recommend using high-power laser cutting machines for cutting 3mm, 4mm, and 4.5mm, with fast cutting speed and smooth and bright edges. CNC machines can also be used for cutting. 20mm acrylic needs to be cut with a saw or CNC, and then polished on the edges with a diamond polishing machine. |

| 8. What is the maximum size that can be printed on Sublimation acrylic? |
Sublimation acrylic is not suitable for printing particularly large images, as it will deform when heated. For sheets with thicknesses of 3mm, 4mm, and 4.5mm, we recommend that the printing size should not exceed 300x200mm. The maximum size of 20mm acrylic printing should not exceed 250x200m. |
